The "Attacker" engages the "Victim" with verbal questions. for example
"What are you looking at?" & then verbal's quickly get more
aggressive, (the attacker getting himself into "peak mental state"
& also to intimidate & Fear induce the victim as verbal assault
gets very aggressive).
Notice I have the "Knife" hidden behind my back, "victim" does not know I have a knife (a rubber foam training knife). This is common in street attacks, attacker having a hidden weapon ready such as a knife, screw driver, broken glass bottle, (I defended myself in real life, attacker pulled a broken bottle on me). To use the old cliche - " Stabbers do no show & shower's do no stab" is not a bad general rule of thumb to consider in street self defense.
My "Victim" is am experienced martial artist, & despite him hitting me full contact hard with aggression, I with my foam training Knife, was able to "Stab" him in body & I recall I "stabbed" him in his head much more, at least 11 times I slashed or stabbed him in this krav maga knife attack full contact demo.
If you are every attacker & you are lucky to see a glimpse of the attackers knife, I suggest you run like hell, as odds are you are going to get stabbed. Knife Defense odds are not with you.
